Sales Assistant (m/f/d)
We have been conducting research and development in the field of chemical fastening technology for 40 years and specialize in expansion-free injection anchoring systems using two-component synthetic resin mortar. We are the world's leading manufacturer in the OEM/private label sector and have been part of the Würth Group since 2013.
We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Sales Assistant (m/f/d) for a permanent, full-time position at our Willich location.
Your responsibilities:
- Processing customer inquiries and orders
- Order processing, including the preparation of relevant export documents and customs declarations, as well as coordination with freight forwarders
- International customer correspondence
- Maintaining customer data in the CRM system
- Supporting the sales team with organizational and administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Industrial Clerk, Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Clerk) or comparable qualification
- Proven professional experience in international sales and customer support
- Solid knowledge of customs regulations (ATLAS, customs authorizations)
- Good written and spoken English skills; additional foreign languages are a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX is desirable
- Ability to work independently and with a solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
