High Performance
EP1000 (Pure Epoxy Next Generation 3:1)
Thanks to the wide range of options available for selecting epoxy resins and their hardener components, the properties of the resulting 2-component injection mortars can be optimally adjusted and tailored to specific performance requirements.
Once cured, these 2-component epoxy resin injection mortars are characterized by excellent thermal and mechanical properties, as well as outstanding chemical resistance.
Curing shrinkage is very low; combined with their excellent bonding properties, this ensures that outstanding load-bearing values are achieved—even in diamond-drilled boreholes and in applications involving larger annular gaps.

Classic vinyl ester resins—and the two-component injection mortars produced from them—combine the excellent thermal and mechanical properties of epoxy resins with the ease and speed of application characteristic of unsaturated polyester resins.
These vinyl ester resins, representing a newer generation of development, are styrene-free, utilizing dimethacrylates as reactive diluents. These vinyl ester resins and the reactive resin mortars derived from them are distinguished, among other features, by their very high chemical resistance—particularly in alkaline media.
- Base: Styrene-free vinyl ester resin
- Styrene-free: Dimethacrylates are used as reactive diluents
- Performance: Very high
- Suitable for use in damp and water-filled boreholes
- Excellent mechanical and thermal properties
- Very high chemical resistance
- Suitable for use in aggressive environments
- Low odor emission
- Also available in specialized "Tropical" and "Winter" formulations
- Suitable for seismic applications meeting performance category C1 requirements

PASF
This represents the classic type of reactive resin used in the production of two-component injection mortars; this application utilizes both unsaturated polyester resins dissolved in styrene (the classic resin type) and styrene-free unsaturated polyester resins, in which styrene-related monomers serve as reactive solvents.
The two-component injection mortars produced from these resins are very easy and quick to apply. Furthermore, unsaturated polyester resins typically exhibit limited chemical resistance (particularly in alkaline environments).
- Base: Unsaturated polyester resin
- Classic bonding mortar system
- Performance: Standard
- Ideal for standard applications—especially in masonry and hollow brick
- Universal formulation
