Compliance
Code of Compliance
Integrity, responsibility, and lawful conduct form the foundation of our business operations at CHEMOFAST. As an internationally active manufacturer, we place great value on transparent processes, reliable partnerships, and respectful cooperation—both within the company and in our dealings with customers, partners, and suppliers.
Our Code of Compliance defines binding principles of conduct and ensures that our business activities remain, at all times, in full compliance with applicable legal requirements, international standards, and our own quality standards.
Reporting Compliance Violations
We foster a corporate culture in which potential violations of legal regulations or internal guidelines are identified at an early stage and addressed openly.
Our whistleblower system enables employees, customers, suppliers, and third parties to confidentially—and, if desired, anonymously—report indications of potential misconduct.
