Quality and Safety
Making Good Even Better
Active and reliable quality management has many facets. Fundamental research establishes the basis for new procedures and evaluation criteria.
Quality builds trust—trust in highly effective fastening solutions for heavy-duty applications.
To uphold these quality principles, we conduct inspections throughout the entire process chain—from the receipt of raw materials to the punctual delivery of finished products.
Every Batch Is Traceable
From every product series, retention samples are drawn at random and archived.
Prior to actual shipment, the selected retention samples undergo rigorous testing in our specialized Laboratory and Application Technology departments. Only when it has been comprehensively verified that the products possess their attested properties are they released for delivery to customers.
Thanks to this elaborate—yet indispensable—control process, the traceability of every delivered product is unequivocally ensured.
ISO Certificates 9001:2015 & 14001:2015
We are a TÜV-certified company. Our quality and environmental management systems are demonstrably compliant with the international ISO standards 9001:2015 and 14001:2015.
Regular audits and structured processes ensure that our products and operations meet the highest standards and undergo continuous improvement.
In this way, we establish a reliable foundation for consistently high quality, sustainable practices, and long-term partnerships.

As a result, our customers benefit from continuously improved formulations, more functional and efficient cartridge systems, optimized mesh sleeves, high-performance static mixers, and comprehensive, approval-compliant installation accessories.
Over the decades, CHEMOFAST has evolved into a specialist in expansion-free injection anchoring systems using two-component reactive resin mortars. New mortar formulations, innovative resin technologies, and the growing global acceptance of cartridge-based chemical anchors enable us to continually tap into new markets and provide our OEM partners with a decisive competitive advantage.
Technological Expertise and Innovative Strength
Our research department continuously develops and tests new systems for demanding fastening applications—ranging from injection mortars and epoxy resin systems to specialized cartridge technologies.
These products are used primarily in the construction industry, for instance in post-installed rebar connections or fastenings in cracked and uncracked concrete.
